A preliminary detailed Evaluation: This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your toddlers routine and sleep habits that you will fill out before our consultation. (Having these details beforehand helps us make the most of our time together.)
A 60-90 minute Watsapp call consultation: We will deliberate on strategies, talk about and figure out solutions to possible problems, as well as understand how to tackle naptimes, bedtimes, night-wakings, or any other particular concerns you may be facing.
An exhaustive and tailor-made sleep plan: After our consultation, this plan will be emailed to you to begin.
Follow-up support that includes: – 10 to 16 day support during the program (sleep logs to be filled in daily) – 8 Telephone calls during the 10-16 day-plan, each lasting approximately 15 minutes. (To be scheduled as needed). These 15 minute calls will be used to discuss any obstacles you might be coming across or to answer any general questions you may have). – In addition to these calls, you will have 3 full weeks of email/watsapp support (this includes the 10-16 days of the plan and after for another 5-11 days)
Recommendations & Guidelines moving forward: once our 3 weeks are complete. Travel, nap time and ‘changes as baby grows’ tips and how to deal with them will be shared via email.
